LeadersRoberto Civita Chairman of the Board of Directors and Editor-in-Chief Founder and editor-in-chief of VEJA since its launch in 1968, Roberto Civita became chairman of Abril in 1990. As well as the Editor-in-Chief , he is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is also President of the Victor Civita Foundation. Roberto Civita was born in Milan in 1936. He has a degree in journalism and economy from the University of Pennsylvania 's Wharton School, and received a post-graduate degree in sociology from Columbia University.
Giancarlo Civita Executive Chairman Since 2007 Giancarlo Civita started at Abril in 1982 as a trainee at the group's printing works. In 1990 he became TVA Programming Director, followed by General Director of MTV, Vice President of the Thematic Unit, Vice President of the Entertainment Division and Vice President of the Youth Unit. In February 2003, he left his executive functions within the group to become Vice Chairman of Abril's Board of Directors and start his own business. In 2006 he regressed to Abril and in 2007 he became Executive Chairman of the Abril Group. He has a Bachelor's degree from the School of Advertising and Marketing (ESPM) and a post-graduate diploma from Harvard Business School.

Vice-President of Legal Office Since 2008 Arnaldo became Vice-President of Legal Office in 2008, before five years as Legal Director of the the group. Previously, he worked at C&A Group, Banco Itaú and BCP Telecomunicações. He is a law graduate in from Puntificia Universidade de São Paulo- PUC SP.
Douglas Duran Vice-President of Finance and Control and Shared Services Since 2006 Mr. Duran, the Vice-President of Finance and Control and Shared Services, started his career at Abril Goup in 1978 on the financial department, where he reached the Chief Treasurer position at Editora Abril. In 1991, he became TVA's Chief Financial Officer and in 1999, the Planning and Business Director for Abril Entretenimento, which then comprised MTV. He was also the Managing Director for Dinap, the company responsible for the sales and distribution of single copies of magazine until 2004, and in 2005, acted as International Relations Director. He is a business administrator, specialized in finances from USP (University of São Paulo). He also attended the Program for Management Development from Harvard Business School.
Marcio Ogliara Since 2006 He was appointed Human Resources and Organizational Development VP in 2006. Marcio Ogliara joined Abril in 1992 as Human Resources Manager at MTV. He has also been Abril's Corporate Quality Manager, HR Manager of TVA, HR Director of the Entertainment Group and Director of Corporate Remuneration. He took over as Director of HR Consulting in 2004. Before he came to Abril, he worked for the Bunge Group and the Banco Noroeste, always in Human Resources. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the School of Economy, Administration and Accounting at the University of São Paulo (USP), studied Strategic HR Management at INSEAD and has an MBA from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation.
Vice-President of Institutional Relations Since 2008 He has been in the Abril Group since 2000 and assumed the position of Vice-President of Institutional Relations in 2008. Previously he was Managing Director of the Exame Group and the Editorial and Institutional Relations Direction. A journalist for over 40 years, he has degrees in law and sociology by USP. He is author of the book Elements of Economic Journalism, published in 2002.
