O meia Wesley Sneijder, camisa 10 da seleção da Holanda, chamou Dunga e Maradona de idiotas em entrevista publicada pela revista holandesa Helden. Na opinião do jogador, os treinadores de Brasil e Argentina não passam tranquilidade aos jogadores à beira do gramado. O algoz do Brasil nas quartas de final na África do Sul - marcou os dois gols da virada popr 2 a 1 - aproveitou para enaltecer o treinador Bert van Marwijk.
“Faz bem ter alguém que transmite calma e não pressão e pânico aos seus jogadores. Mesmo após sofrermos o primeiro gol contra o Brasil, ele se manteve tranquilo. Eu prefiro um treinador assim ao lado do campo a idiotas como Dunga ou Maradona.”

Além de rasgar elogios ao atual comandante holandês, Sneijder lembrou que teve de aguentar “piadinhas” de Kaká e de Robinho durante o jogo. “Robinho e Kaká brincavam e tentavam fazer piadinhas comigo. Mas eu me mantive sério durante todo o tempo e olhava apenas para frente. Fomos mais corajosos e mostramos nosso futebol”, afirmou.
Nesta terça-feira, a Holanda volta a disputar uma semifinal depois de 12 anos, contra o Uruguai, às 15h30. A última vez foi contra a seleção brasileira no Mundial da França em 1998, quando foi eliminada nos pênaltis.
Se vencer a “Celeste”, a Holanda irá repetir o feito de 1974 e 1978, quando chegou às finais contra Alemanha e Argentina, respectivamente, sendo derrotada pelas duas. “Se repetirmos nossa atuação do segundo tempo do Brasil desde o começo do jogo, não tenho dúvidas que venceremos.” (Da Redação)
