Kampagne gegen Niedriglöhne bei Crazy Croque Am Sonntag, dem 14.Mai, wurde in Hamburg mit einer Flyeraktion eine Kampagne gegen Niedriglöhne bei der Fastfoodkette Crazy Croque gestartet. Der Flyer informierte KundInnen und PassantInnen über Niedriglöhne, die kürzlich umgesetzte Lohnkürzung und die allgemeinen Arbeitsbedingungen.Der Flyer wurde interessiert von den Passanten angenommen und gelesen, auch die meisten Beschäftigten waren erfreut über die Aktion. Ein Beschäftigter reagierte nach einem längeren Telefonat (wahrscheinlich mit dem Besitzer der Kette) erbost und drohte damit, die Polizei zu rufen. Ihm wurde aber erklärt, dass sich die Aktion nicht gegen ihn richte, sondern gegen seine Arbeitsbedingungen und die dafür verantwortlichen Personen. Wir werten die Aktion als einen gelungenen Auftakt der Kampagne und werden weitere Aktionen planen und durchführen. Der Besitzer der Kette, Michael Waap, soll inzwischen Anzeige wegen Verleumdung erstattet haben.Flyer Zitat: Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, liebe Kundinnen und Kunden,mit der Begründung „ Wir müssen mehr Geld einnehmen, ich kann meinen Porsche nicht mehr bezahlen.“, beschloss Michael Waap, der Besitzer von Crazy Croque, eine Reihe von Maßnahmen. Diese Maßnahmen betreffen sowohl die Kundschaft, als auch die Belegschaft von Crazy Croque. Zunächst wurden Mitte März die Preise saftig angezogen. Doch dies alleine scheint für einen Porsche nicht zu reichen. Denn zum 1. April wurde den Beschäftigten in der Küche und am Tresen faktisch der Lohn gekürzt.Die Beschäftigten schuften zu einem Niedriglohn von 6 Euro pro Stunde, doch zu einem Teil ergibt sich die gesamte Entlohnung aus einer undurchsichtigen Rechnung, die Teil eines ominösen Bonussystems ist. Bei dieser Rechnung werden die Arbeitsstunden aller an dem Tag Schicht habenden Beschäftigten mit einer unternehmensinternen Formel gegen den gemachten Umsatz gerechnet. Je nach Ergebnis ist dann festgelegt, ob kein Bonus oder ein Bonus in Höhe von 1-2 Euro pro Stunde ausgezahlt wird. Da diese Formel den Angestellten nicht offen gelegt wird können sie auch nicht nachprüfen, ob Boni unter Umständen zurückgehalten werden. Und als ob es nicht dreist genug wäre den Lohn der Beschäftigten von dem Umsatz an den jeweiligen Arbeitstagen abhängig zu machen, wurde diese Rechnung zum 1. April auf Kosten der Belegschaft geändert. Sie wurde so umgestellt, dass jetzt Umsätze gemacht werden müssten, die so hoch sind, dass der niedrigere Bonus seltener und der Höhere gar nicht mehr ausgezahlt werden müssen.Diese Kürzung bedeutet bis zu 30 Prozent weniger Lohn und zwingt viele Beschäftigte dazu noch mehr zu arbeiten, um ihre Lebenshaltungskosten decken zu können. Natürlich stieß diese Kürzung auf Wut bei den Beschäftigten. Doch eine Reaktion blieb aus. Denn in der Vergangenheit hatte Michael Waap gezeigt wie er mit sowas umgeht. Vor ein paar Jahren versuchte die Belegschaft der Horner Filiale einen Betriebsrat zu gründen. Als davon erfuhr reagierte er prompt. Er schloss den Laden, warf alle beteiligten Angestellten raus und öffnete den Laden nach zwei Stunden mit anderer Belegschaft wieder. Ein solches Vorgehen löst natürlich Angst vor Verlust des Arbeitsplatzes bei den betroffenen Lohnabhängigen aus.Aber auch sonst sind die Arbeitsbedingungen alles andere als gut. So sehen sich die Beschäftigten einer massiven Überwachung am Arbeitsplatz durch Kameras ausgesetzt, die mit dem Betreten der Filiale beginnt und erst beim Schließen der Klotür endet.Wir vom Arbeitskreis Gegen Lohnkürzungen unterstützen die Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei Crazy Croque und hoffen auf Ihre Unterstützung.
